I'll sum up what happened this week.
I actually didn't expect myself to be so weak, that I fell sick yesterday.
How?
It started off with Mama's Kitchen food on Wednesday night.
I went out with my roommate and her course mate for dinner. I was excited because it's like my first time going out at night with my roommate.
Okay, not that I've not been going out at night but this is different. As in around Help area and with my roommate =)
The food was too salty and I got sore throat the next day.
It wasn't so bad after drinking lots and lots of water but on Thursday night I had Canadian Pizza and it became worst.
I thought to myself that it's okay to have sore throat than fever or flu. Happy me.
After Pizza, my roommate surprise me with a sandwich.
I was so touched! I didn't know what to say, and normally sandwiches you can't keep until tomorrow.
This is how it looks. After taking the first bite, my appetite went wild, it was so yummy! So I had supper that night.
On Friday, went to class, I'm still okay. Then I attended CF after that, my first time attending.
Halfway through I felt uneasy, I know that I was going to fall sick. Usually people can feel it when they're about to fall sick.
Went back after it ends, take a nap, and welcome fever. I had fever that night. I was supposed to follow Irene for her cell group dinner, I felt bad leaving her alone.
That's it, classes were good so far.
And if you don't know what to do when you're sick and away from home. Just drink a cup of Milo, then take two tablets of Panadol and Redoxon later.
You'll be as healthy as a horse the next day! =D Thank You for all your prayers too!

too much outside food in a row is very bad for our system. U need to drink plenty of water. Drink the Fitness Drink. It can help to get rid of all those toxins which you hv consumed.

haha u know my sickness is ALWAYS caused by sore throat first...the cycle is like sore=>flu=>fever! and right now im havin half sore :(

hope you are getting better… sore throat is not a lot of fun its just uncomfortable and difficult to swallow.
usually, i would take the Nim Jiom Cough Syrup (ninjiom-hk.cwahi.net/main_e.htm) which has a thick consistency formulation. it coats the throat and includes herbs that are particularly good for that application.
i hope it works on you as well.
